Using products handmade in the Cotswolds, and time honoured techniques, we will encourage reduced stress, tension and create a more balanced body and mind.

I have been working as a wellness and beauty therapist for over 16 years in the UK and internationally.

I have worked for Saks Beauty, Moddershal Oaks Country Spa Retreat, and I spent 2 years working as a spa trainer in 5* spas around the world for ila spa. Training the team at Four Seasons Marrakech, RAAS Jodphur India, Blue Waters Antigua, to name just a few.

While travelling I tought massage, facials, and the philosophy of healing. This developed a greater knowledge of intuitive massage and holistic therapies for me.

I love to tailor treatments to you, and believe everyone is on their own journey. This gives me real passion for my work in assisting you on your journey to relaxation and alignment.
